Sara Jeffers was frequently asked to repeat what she is saying in meetings and on the telephone calls because she mumbles, speaks quickly and does not speak loud enough for others to hear what she is saying.  As a result, Sara often avoided making the telephone calls and was slow to return important  phone calls to clients. She did not volunteer to present in front of staff.  This was not looked at favorably by the company. She met with Corporate Speech Solutions and signed up for Speech Improvement training where she  learned how not just to project her voice over the telephone but to project self-confidence as well. Sara is now able to pronounce words and speak in a clear and confident manner in all professional situations.
