Robin was really smart in identifying pronunciation problems and come up with a customized work plan for me. As she guided, I worked on key issues to improve my English language skills. Guess what, after 13 weeks training, I have substantially improved my accent. Now, I am looking forward for the follow up sessions to reinforce my improvements and to add on.
